SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We endeavour to get your order to you as fast as possible. We have the option of either Express Post and Regular Post, and also free pickup from Euroa, VIC.

 

We use Australia Post for the majority of our orders, for bulky orders we may use a courier. All our orders include tracking and you will receive an email and/or text with your tracking details once the order is on its way.

Tack Saddlery is not responsible for any order sent to an incorrect address. Please ensure the shipping address is correct prior to confirming purchase at checkout.

Our delivery locations only include Australia.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Products that are deemed faulty can be returned. Custom products that are a change of mind are not able to be returned.

 

The return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser, if we deem the product to be faulty and we agree that it was faulty when dispatched, then a full refund of the item purchase price and shipping will apply, or replacement of the product.

Contact must be made within a week of the item being received faulty. Photos must be submitted showing the fault of the product within that time frame and the item must be clean and unused.
